Luft'46 Art Aircraft Series No.2. This design for a ground-attack aircraft was submitted to the RLM by Junkers in December 1942. The wings had a straight leading edge and the short fuselage was mounted high on top of the wing. One engine was mounted in the nose pulling and one was mounted in the fuselage tail pushing, this had the advantage of providing the power of two engines but lowering drag by putting the engines in-line. Original Paint Art by Gino Marcomini. by Kazunori Ito. |
