| Bel Air’s First AW139 Helicopter Enters Service |
| Bel Air’s first AW139 medium twin helicopter named “Spirit of Agusta” has entered service. The 12 seat configured aircraft, which has started flying offshore transport missions, was delivered to the Danish customer last month. This AW139 is the first of several that will be delivered to Bel Air. Additionally, Bel Air has also been appointed as official AgustaWestland Service Centre for the AW139 in Denmark.

| Cyprus Order Two AW139 Helicopters |
| AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Justice of Cyprus has placed an order for two AW139 medium twin engine helicopters. These aircraft will be used to perform law enforcement and search and rescue operations. This success follows on from the contract signed by the Ministry of Defense of Cyprus in December 2008 for three AW139s and is further evidence of the increasing success this model has found in the medium twin market where it continues to be the best selling helicopter.
