What does the status of my order mean?
An order can go through several changes in status, each of which are outlined below.
Queued is the status of new orders. It indicates that an order has been placed and is waiting to be processed.
Not finished indicates that the payment transaction by which the customer was supposed to pay for the order has not been completed (The customer went to an online payment processor but has not returned yet; the transaction is neither successful nor failed).
Failed indicates that the payment transaction could not be processed.
Processed indicates that the payment has been received by the store. This status is automatically assigned to an order that was paid for using an online payment processor after a customer successfully completes the payment transaction. In the case of download purchases customers will have access to download their files.
Complete indicates that all work on the order has been completed. This status can be assigned to an order by the product provider after the order is shipped.
Declined indicates that the order has been canceled by the store admin. It may be of use, for example, for orders that have been found fraudulent. This status is an equivalent of the automatic Failed status.
Give me some Download recommendations
Some of the files offered are quite large. While we do not generally recommend the use of Download Managers, if you have a 56K or ISDN modem access to the Internet you may want to use GetRight, which is freely usable and available at www.getright.com. ADSL and Cable Modem users will mostly find it not necessary to use a Download Manager at all.
